To address the areas of improvement identified by the company, the proactive inspection team at Thai Oil recommended considering the implementation of Cenosco’s IMS PEI, a cloud-based software solution for Pressure Equipment Integrity.

Finally, the adoption of IMS PEI enabled faster inspection execution, which allowed Thaioil to respond swiftly to severe Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) problems.

Thaioil implemented IMS PEI’s s-IDAP (Shell Inspection Data, Analysis, and Plotting) and EVA (Extreme Value Analysis) solutions, which resulted in improved inspection effectiveness and optimization in the inspection scope. The integration of s-IDAP within IMS PEI allowed for optimum inspection work scope.
