Provide background knowledge and hands-on skills of S-RBI Methodology for implementation and management of in-service degradation threats.Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to implement and maintain the S-RBI methodology within the IMS PEI software tool.
Deep dive into S-RBI Methodologies (Piping, Vessels, Tanks, PRV)
Create Corrosion Loops, Identify dominant Degradation Mechanisms
Build a Corrosion Management Framework with Barriers and Indicators
Risk Assessment (PoF, CoF, Confidence, IF, MII) according to the S-RBI Methodology
Managing Age related failure modes, including trending and data analysis
Effectively implement and manage a mechanical integrity inspection plan
