Pynosco: Boosting Cenosco's Efficiency and Collaboration

Developed by Josip Kovač, Pynosco is a robust, tested, and well-documented Python library that has significantly accelerated the work of the Implementation Team across more than 15 business areas. 

Recently, the Automation & Data Engineering (ADE) team, led by Josip Petković, was formed to optimize business processes. The team created an internal web service powered by Pynosco, actively developed by Karla Kolarić, Lovro Puh, and Damir Benčić. 

Pynosco is not just a tool; it serves as a centralized technical repository where every team member can contribute their expertise. This collaborative spirit ensures that the library evolves and improves continuously, reflecting the collective knowledge of the entire team.
The result? A dramatic boost in productivity, enabling the team to tackle challenges more efficiently and effectively than ever before.

Josip Kovač created nearly 20 courses, totaling around 15 hours of content, to further drive adoption. These courses cover the most crucial Pynosco functionalities. These courses have become integral to onboarding new Implementation Team members, ensuring everyone is equipped with the skills they need to succeed.

This comprehensive training has sped up the onboarding process and empowered team members to hit the ground running, contributing to projects with confidence and competence.
