Meet our Finance Team!
We asked Andrea what she thought about working at Cenosco. Here’s what she had to say:

I truly appreciate the dynamic and collaborative work environment at Cenosco. The open communication and supportive atmosphere foster personal and professional growth, making each day engaging and fulfilling.

The diversity of skills and perspectives within the team contributes to a vibrant and stimulating work environment. Together, we tackle complex problems, share knowledge, and celebrate successes, which makes the work both challenging and enjoyable.

As a Junior Financial Controller, my favorite aspect of the role is the analytical challenges that come with managing financial data for a technology-driven company like Cenosco. Being part of a sector where innovation and finance intersect allows me to continually learn and adapt, making each day uniquely interesting. 

We asked Ivana what she thought about working at Cenosco. Here’s what she had to say:

My favorite part about working for Cenosco is that we play as a team and strive for success even in situations when reaching the goal seems unattainable.

We constantly seek opportunities for improvement, and through direct communication, we aim to support each other in reaching the same goal. 

The best thing about working for the finance team is that we’re never bored. There are always deadlines and challenges that keep us alert and test our skills. At the same time, we strive to have fun and turn difficult situations into a good laugh and a lesson learned.

Some of my favorite responsibilities as a Senior Financial Accountant include mentoring colleagues, looking for the best solutions to complex situations, and optimizing our internal processes.
