IMS PEI

IMS PEI is a web-based tool for managing the asset integrity of multiple types of pressure and civil equipment used in all manufacturing and upstream businesses. It does this by identifying ‘when’ and ‘what’ equipment to inspect or repair while keeping an audit trail of the results of these inspections and repairs. It will support you in defining the scope/plan for your schedule and enable you to process thickness readings faster and more accurately than ever before.

IMS RCM helps you in determining the optimal preventive maintenance strategy for your assets. By using prioritisation based on risk, IMS RCM helps you to focus on your critical assets. The risk profile drives the maintenance strategy for the equipment either by using a full and detailed RCM2 analysis or by using available maintenance strategy templates. This leads to maximum plant availability at lower costs.

SIFpro

SIFpro is fully compliant with IEC 61508/61511 ensuring good engineering practices for the application of safety instrumented functions. It supports HAZOP and LOPA resulting in risk reduction factors which are then used as input for the design of the Safety Instrumented Function (SIF) also known within the industry as Safety Instrumented Systems.

Flange connections are still one of the biggest sources of leaks in the industry. IMS FCM is a web-based tool for managing those (critical) flanges. This small but powerful IMS module will warrant a structured approach to the assembly and dismantling of (critical) flanges. It provides a maintenance protocol based on tension or torque calculations and a checklist for the execution of the work. After completion, the work history is archived and can be shared with the integrity department.
