What you’ll do
- HRIS activities – maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Payroll activities – prepare employee data, generate payroll reports, coordinate payroll process with the payroll provider
- Provide counselling and create policies and procedures
- HR data analytics
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, rules, regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with HR Business Partner(s) and stakeholders to support activities mapped out in HR strategy
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Support the organization maintaining a healthy working environment,
- Support employee engagement and retention activities
- Support the performance management processes
- Support effective onboarding plans
- Support in developing training and development programs
- Support recruitment activities by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
Who are we looking for
- Previous working experience in HR
- Knowledge of HR functions (payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment, learning & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
