What you’ll do

  • HRIS activities – maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Payroll activities – prepare employee data, generate payroll reports, coordinate payroll process with the payroll provider 
  • Provide counselling and create policies and procedures 
  • HR data analytics 
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems 
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, rules, regulations and best practices   
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partner(s) and stakeholders to support activities mapped out in HR strategy
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues 
  • Support the organization maintaining a healthy working environment, 
  • Support employee engagement and retention activities
  • Support the performance management processes  
  • Support effective onboarding plans
  • Support in developing training and development programs
  • Support recruitment activities by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process

Who are we looking for

  • Previous working experience in HR 
  • Knowledge of HR functions (payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment, learning & development etc.) 
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures 
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude 
  • Strong ethics and reliability
