Historically, the inspection documentation for the recertification process of this Type B inspection body at NAM involved paper checklists, wet stamps, and an extensive paper trail which added complexity to the entire process. It involved several hours of preparatory work for the accreditation. With IMS PEI, this was revolutionized.
